One wonders if the 1996 election is going to be addressed. I noticed in one of the Senator's bios a mention of his departure from the DNC after the fund raising irregularities that were then investigated by Senator Thompson's Government Affairs Committee in 1997--for which a rather neat summary can be found here.
While it would seem that Senator Dodd was recruited for the DNC position to provide a sheen of probity, I don't get the sense that the Republicans are going to be satisfied with the Democrats' failure to pursue Rove's machinations with the RNC further. I know I wouldn't be.
