Chris Dodd for President

Why not add a link to the websites that sell Dodd T-shirts - I found several and ordered a shirt, but I would have preferred to support Dodd directly with my purchase. Absent media attention the only way to reach voters unfamiliar with Dodd is to show our individual support and encourage discussion.

I wish one of the shirts read "I'm voting for Dodd - Ask me why". Is there some reason the campaign website cannot offer a "supporter's package" (with some minimum donation?) that includes a shirt or hat with the statement above on it and flyers/cards that outline Dodd's positions on Iraq, healthcare, etc.? I believe that a grass roots campaign that encourages un-decideds (or even supporters of the media-hyped candidates) to ask us why we support Dodd would be more effective that those that faciliate the gathering/internal discussion of existing Dodd supporters.

February 5th is still five weeks away.
