I'm settling into the Temple for Performing Arts in Des Moines, which is the location for our caucus night rally and results watching party. Staff are putting finishing touches on the room and I'm setting up for a night of reporting results to the online community, while the Foo Fighters are blasting over the stereo system for a sound test.
The caucus starts in less than an hour - now is the time for Dodd supporters in Iowa to go to their caucus location and stand for Chris Dodd.

Too bad there's no place on this website for people to just say what they want! Then again, I think that's commonplace with the candidates.
What I wanted to say was Thank You to Senator Dodd for running and speaking his piece. Thinking Americans have been suffering through the Imperial Presidency of George W. Bush for WAY too long. Unfortunately, the "average American" is only beginning to catch on to that truth. So THANK YOU, Senator Dodd, for trying to make a difference. You may not have prevailed in this situation, but you have done something VERY good for America by even running for the office, and I am grateful to you for that.
