OK, It doesn't seem possible to run the video and comment at the same time. So, no live blogging. LOL
Anyway, like that line "I like that kind of a fighter."
The quality of the live transmission is really uneven. "Taking Care of Business" came through clearly. Perhaps the mic on the Senator was cutting in and out.

There are a few variables that impact the quality of these live streams. One is my connection -- today I did this stream off of a mobile broadband card (not wifi, not a hardline), so the data transmission is a bit less reliable than if I were in my office or someplace else. This event was outside in the driveway of a fire house.
Another big variable is the internet connection quality of the person who's viewing the stream. If you don't have a strong connection, the audio and video might be separated.
Lastly, in this case there were a few points where the Senator's microphone popped and came through unevenly.
But, generally speaking, this was a great event from both a technical and political standpoint.
