I want to sincerely thank the people and city of Concord for your hospitality during my stop here earlier this week. In your communities and throughout the state, it was clear that the people of New Hampshire are serious about their responsibility to pick a proven, experienced leader who can get this country back on track.

It was my honor to talk and meet with many of you at the Sierra Club office. There is nothing better than campaigning the New Hampshire way - taking your questions, listening to your ideas and giving you straight answers.

As I continue to travel across the Granite State and the country, I will keep sharing the vision I have for America: responsibly ending our involvement in the civil war in Iraq, promoting American energy independence and rolling back the harmful effects of global warming and renewing generations of commitment to public service for the greater good.

The stakes have never been higher, and the need for experienced leadership has never been greater.

Thank you again for your warm welcome, and I look forward to seeing you again on my next trip to New Hampshire.

Sen. CHRIS DODD
